Great read, Very intresting I've literly just watched the movie and Its moderatly Scary however I expected everysingle "Jump-point".

Its a good movie to I actaully coulden't fully tell if it was real or fake mostly because I'd seen the second ending... I wont spoil anything but It gives a more real approch.

Personly If I was in her possition I'd want to communicate with the Ghost/Demon, Understand it if you will.

Your reading is convincing, and entirely consistent with the film. The most strikinig thing about the movie is that it is the woman who is terrified of and associated with the demon, and yet it is the "supportive" boyfriend (who does act with aggressive undertones in refusing to respect his girlfriend's wishes regarding the activity and the filming)who ends up attacked by the demon.
